We first created Celebration IPA in the winter of 1981, in the time-honored tradition of brewing a special ale for the holiday season to create this complex and robust ale. Layered pine and citrus hop aromas balance delicately against rice, malt sweetness to create an uncommonly smooth wintertime ale.
